Forms
Any honors student wishing to apply for a scholarship will use the "Elrod Scholarship Application" shown below. You may apply for a minimum of $25 for any supplies needed for your interests or work and a maximum of $3,500. These scholarships are not for tuition costs, but for projects and travel to enrich your education and sense of wonder and understanding.
Note: I will be leading help sessions on how to complete these forms on the following dates for the following honors students: 1/15 graduating seniors 2009; 1/22 rising juniors and sophomores; 3/19 any honors student who wishes to take a directed study in the Fall of 2009. (See the "Due Dates" link for places and times.)
The forms on this page can be downloaded in 2 different formats.
1) This format is an MS Word document that has been created with form fields. This format will allow you to open open the document in MS Word and type directly into the form on your computer, then print off or save it as your personalized form.
2) The second type is a PDF file. Simply open up the document that you want then print it off and write in your information by hand. This can be viewed with Adobe Acrobat Reader.
