Ministry
Dr. Carter has served as Campus Minister at two universities in Texas. He has served
as pastor or interim pastor in churches in Texas, Germany, Belgium and Arkansas.
He now serves as interim at First Baptist Church in Searcy, AR. He also carries on
a writing ministry.

Dr. Carter is a member of the Evangelical Theological Society and the Baptist History
and Heritage Society.
