About
I grew up in the Benton area, so I'm an Arkansas native (even though I was born in
Connecticut). Part of my family still lives in Arkansas, so I'm thankful to live near
them again.
I first started working in Residence Life back in 2011. I quickly learned that I loved
walking life with college students. I'm often asked why I love my job and I tell them
that I get a front row seat to see what the Lord is doing in each students life and
I get to watch them grow!
I understand that students are on campus to learn and grow. My goal is to always create
the best housing situation I can for all my students so that they can do what they
are here to do; which is learn, grow, and thrive!
Fun Facts
If you were anything other than housing director, what would you be and why?
I'd help a friend run a bookstore. I love books! You won't often find me without one
close by. Books allow me to relax and enter other worlds! I'd love to help a friend
with their bookstore, because then I could do all the fun parts without the stress
of running my own business.
What is your go-to snack?
I love anything salty. So pretzels (which rhymes with my last name), nuts, chips,
trail mixes are all good in my book!

do to help! I also directly oversee the apartments.
- I help with chapel attendance, so I'm willing to help field any questions related
to that as well
- I love helping students and problem solving, so let me know if there's anything I
can do to help.
