My name is Victoria Williams and I am the admissions counselor for Northwest Arkansas and Oklahoma. I’m from Houston, Texas. I graduated from Ouachita with a Mass Communications degree with a minor in Art in May 2017.
While I was at Ouachita, I was involved in many different things. I started off as a cheerleader and then went on to be “Tally the Tiger”, the campus mascot. I got plugged into Res Life, where I served as an RA and Head RA in the freshmen residence hall, Francis-Crawford Hall. I was in two social clubs on campus, as both a member and a sweetheart. Ouachita is truly a special place that has provided me with several opportunities to grow and become the person I am today. While there are numerous ways to spend your time and ways to serve, the people are the ones that make this experience worthwhile. Professors want to get to know you and you will find lifelong friendships among fellow students.
When I’m not at Ouachita, I love to explore, run, craft, thrift shop, eat tacos, and go on new adventures with friends.
I am thrilled to come back and serve Ouachita as a staff member. There is no place like home. I am overjoyed to meet prospective students and help them in the decision-making process. I hope to help them fall in love so that they make Ouachita their new home.
Please don’t hesitate to call or email me with any questions or comments! Feel free to set up a campus tour or visit so you can see for yourself just how great OBU is.
