Club and Organization Registration Form
ALL Clubs or Organizations seeking recognition by Ouachita Baptist University must
complete the registration process using the form below. Being a recognized organization
allows your group to host events, to reserve space in campus buildings, and to promote
yourself on campus.
Registration will not be considered complete until an Advisor Agreement form and Roster
are on file with the Office of Student Life. You will find a place for you to download
these forms and a place to upload them at the end of the registration form once they
are completed.
All organizations must have an advisor. Any groups who have not submitted this form
to the Office of Student Life will not be considered a recognized group. Groups will
be recognized after completing all three steps (registration form, Advisor Agreement
Form and Roster) and approved by Ouachita Baptist University.
