About
I graduated from Ouachita a few years ago and I never dreamed I would be fortunate
enough to work every day on this beautiful campus. My husband, who is also a history
professor on campus, and I moved to Arkadelphia in 2006. We have raised our three
children here. We have a son and daughter-in-law who are both alumni, our daughter
is a current student and we have a son still in high school. I am a very proud grandmother
to adorable Miriam, born in March of '21. I love photography, gardening and cheering
on the Tigers (often while husband works the PA for football or basketball games).
Fun Facts
What is your favorite place on campus and why?
My favorite place on campus is Cone Bottoms Hall. It is where my office is located
and the oldest building on campus (built in 1923 as a women's dorm). I love serving
this wonderful school in walls where so much history and student life has happened.
I love the view out my window and hearing the chimes from the chapel (which are ringing
as I type).
