About
After graduating from Ouachita in 1999, I moved to Northwest Arkansas and spent 22
years as a classroom teacher at Shiloh Christian School in Springdale. I taught high
school Spanish my first year, and the remainder of my years included teaching ten
years of first grade, seven years of second grade, and four years of fifth grade.
The Lord opened the door for me to return to Ouachita in June 2021 to fill the role
of Assistant Registrar. He continued opening doors in ways that only He can, and I
found myself moving to the role of Registrar and Director of Admissions in August
2023.

What is a favorite moment of working with students at Ouachita?
By far, my favorite moments were the one-on-one grad checks with each graduating senior
I was able to have as Assistant Registrar. I loved having the focused time to get
to know them and hear their accomplishments, hopes for the future, and favorite memories
and people from their time at Ouachita.
What would you want a prospective student to know about your program or your administrative
area?
The Registrar's Office oversees academic records. This includes grades, transcripts,
commencement, and much more. We are here to help, so please do not hesitate to come
