Our Next Great Moment

With God’s provision, we’re ready for the next big moment. Three years ago, we began dreaming and planning about a way to transform our campus. Listening to others and inspired by words from our vision statement, “with foresight and faithfulness, Ouachita makes a difference,” Project Foresight emerged.

For ten months, while navigating the challenges of the pandemic, we listened to our students, studied a range of options and finalized a design. The core of the design is a three-story “House” with six apartments. Each apartment has two bedrooms, accommodating a total of four students. It also includes two bathrooms, kitchen, dining, laundry and common area – all fully furnished. Each house accommodates 24 students. The overall design includes six houses accommodating 144 students.
