About
Vocational ministry was not Bill's chosen path. He was working on a Master's in Nursing
at UAMS when God unexpectedly called him into the ministry. After serving in youth
ministry for 23 years, he transitioned to the role of generations and online pastor
and serves as a guest speaker (D-Nows, revivals, adult weekend events) with a passion
for apologetics. Bill also writes the camp curriculum for Super Summer Arkansas, which
is held on Ouachita's campus every year.
Bill has been married to his wife since 1996. Together they have two biological kids
and are foster parents.
Fun Facts
I am an avid Batman and Star Wars fan. I have a really nice Lego collection in my
church office. I'm also an avid movie watcher.
As a student at Ouachita, I often thought "It'd be so cool to get to teach here."
I never dreamed I'd be given the chance, but I love it! If I weren't in local church
ministry, I'd love to be either a meteorologist or full-time apologist. (Yes, I know
that's quite a difference. My passions are all over the place!)
