• Unencumbered registered nurse license to practice in Arkansas
• BSN + 2 years of experience in clinical nursing for adjunct positions
• MSN + 2 years of experience in clinical nursing for full-time positions
• Preference will be given to those holding a Ph.D. or DNP

• Demonstrate knowledge, expertise, and clinical competence in assigned nursing courses (clinical and didactic).
• Collaboratively work with faculty, students, and staff in facilities that provide clinical experiences for student nurses.
• Provide student advisement, hold weekly office hours and counsel student advisees.
• Collaborate with faculty in the development, implementation, evaluation and revision of program curriculum.
• Actively participate in Department of nursing faculty meetings and on select departmental and University committees.
• Engage in scholarship and service to forward the discipline of nursing.

Salary and academic rank will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. This position will serve on a 9-month contract paid over 12 months. The university provides a generous benefits package. Additional bedside work allowed with supervisor approval.
