IT Services will NEVER request passwords via any method - phone, email, etc. Do not give out your password to anyone.

There are three main systems that require passwords. These are Tigermail, Moodle, and INFO. Your Tigermail and Moodle accounts will use the same password. INFO can be setup to use the same password as the other two or it can be different depending on user preference. IT Services recommends using passwords that cannot be easily guessed. In addition to being at least 8 characters long, strong passwords should at least include an uppercase letter, a lower case letter, and a number.


Info (Web Portal):

Reset Info password or create Info account

Note: Your web portal password is one you created when you completed the application to Ouachita. If you do not know this password, follow the instructions above for resetting info password or contact I.T. Services at 870-245-5567.


Tigermail and Moodle:

New Students: You must create a Tigermail/Moodle account through Info (Student Web Portal).

  1. Login to Info.
  2. Choose "Create/Change Tigermail/Moodle Acct" under the My Accounts section.

New Students or Current Students: You can change your Tigermail/Moodle password through Info (Student Web Portal)

  1. Login to Info.
  2. Choose "Create/Change Tigermail/Moodle Acct" under the My Accounts section.
