Recruiting Ouachita Students & Alumni
Ouachita invites employers, graduate programs, camp representatives, and other organizational recruiters to connect throughout the academic year with our students, alumni, and faculty. The Ouachita Career & Calling team hosts a number of events each semester and offers services to help students and partnering organizations find the right fit.
Ouachita’s Networking Expos are designed to connect organizations and employers with our current students and faculty. The fairs host businesses, nonprofits, ministries, government entities, school districts, graduate programs and more in one centralized location that is ideal for exchanging ideas and contact information.
These events are held on a day during late October and the first week of March each year. There is a registration fee, which includes your booth space, refreshments, and promotion of your organization to the Ouachita community.
Ouachita has its own exclusive online job posting site for students and alumni, which allows you to quickly and easily submit internships, part-time, and full-time positions at no cost. You have the ability to include descriptions, requirements and hiring criteria, attach materials, and promote the best way for students and alums to apply for these positions.

Camp representatives, employers, graduate programs, and other organizational recruiters may host an information table on campus one day each semester, plus one optional day for interviews (without a table setup). The Office of Career & Calling and the Student Life Office will work together to confirm possible dates and locations and contact you about what the best fit is.
Your presence will be publicized in a weekly student email, and a six-foot table will be provided for you to decorate and/or display materials.
