Lawrence Burns Emergency Fund

The Lawrence Burns Emergency Fund was established to serve as an emergency student loan fund for “quick cash” for students who have an urgent need. This fund can be used, as examples, for:

  • Paying a bill
  • Putting gas in car to get home
  • Taking someone on a date
  • Paying for car repairs
  • Buying a present
  • Paying for an outing

The students may have up to $100 borrowed at a time.  Student would be expected to pay it back within a month with a $0.25 interest charge.
