September 19, 2025The Department of Theatre Arts in Ouachita Baptist University’s School of Performing Arts will present “The Theory of Relativity” from Thursday-Sunday, Sept. 25-28 in Verser Theatre. Performances will begin at 7:30 p.m. Thursday-Saturday, with a 2:30 p.m. matinee on Sunday.
Ouachita welcomes 15 new faculty to campus

Ouachita records highest enrollment in history
September 11, 2025Ouachita Baptist University has announced its Fall 2025 enrollment of 1889 students, breaking the previous record set in 1966. The historic total reflects a 10% increase in new undergraduates and a 35% increase in all graduate students since last year.

Ouachita dedicates Larry Grayson Worship Studies Suite
June 04, 2025Ouachita Baptist University’s new worship studies facilities in Mabee Fine Arts Center have been named in honor of Larry Grayson, instructor and chair of the university’s Department of Worship Studies. The suite, which includes a lab-style worship space and a multipurpose lobby area, was officially dedicated in a ceremony on April 24.
