Email Signature – Inline

Email is one of the most frequently used ways Ouachita faculty and staff represent the university. This template provides a way for employees to present Ouachita in a consistent, professional manner while still allowing some flexibility for the types of information each individual prefers to share in this context.

While only your name, title and/or office and the university’s name are required, many additional forms of contact are available for you to include according to your preferences and needs. Only complete the fields below that you wish to include. If there’s a type of information that you would like included that is not available here, please submit a request to the Office of Communications & Marketing.

How to implement your signature:

  1. Complete the form and hit the "Submit" button to display your signature below. 
  2. Click the "copy" button to copy your created signature.
  3. Go to each of your email platforms and paste the signature into the signature tool and save. You'll have to go through this process for each email platform and device separately. 

 





*Some offices have necessary instructions – such as compliance notices, financial aid or application information – that need to be included in their signatures. Personal statements such as favorite quotes or Bible verses are not permitted.
