Perspectives 2018

January 01, 2020

If you are passionate about Christian missions, but don’t really know your how it fits into your life, you may consider taking Perspectives over the Spring Semester. This course is designed to equip believers in their role in the Great Commission. It focuses over the course of 15 weeks on teaching and training Christians to live out God’s heart for the nations.

“Perspectives completely shattered the lens through which I viewed the world. Each week I was challenged to see things differently and reminded of God’s love for all people. Whether or not you are going into vocational ministry, you should take this class” –Robert Pilcher, Sophomore

group

Ouachita students, faculty, and staff who have experienced the course have greatly benefited by hearing each week from seasoned missionaries who bring to life Scripture’s role in missions and their personal stories from the field. Those who take the course will gain a better understanding of the theology of missions, God’s heart for his people, the history of missions, and unreached people groups. Perspectives challenges people to think through a personal role in God’s command for all to be part of the global mission movement.
