A Weekly Word: Psalm 51:12

Each new day brings its own unique set of challenges and opportunities. Psalm 51:12 is a reminder that as a people who know salvation, no matter whether the day is one filled with joy or one filled with tough challenges, we have a Sustainer. With all the ups and downs of life, I am thankful that I have the Creator and Sustainer with me at all times. This knowledge provides me a foundation from which to approach each day. Each opportunity, each issue, each problem, each success has been provided by God. Each one is not only one that I can overcome but one that I can build on for the future. I must remind myself at the end of each day that my Sustainer gave me the ability to meet the challenges and that these experiences are preparing me for something in the future.
Restore to me the joy of your salvation and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me.

If you are currently in a 15 week course, you are half way through the class. If you are currently in an 8 week course you are nearing completion of the course. Push through. Today is an opportunity. Whatever your challenges might be for today, meet them with JOY……. you have a SUSTAINER to see you through!
