Yesterday I finished one more chapter in my life, and man, what a journey! For the past one week my heart was extremely heavy because I knew it that my time to say goodbye was about to come, however, what this group of people did for me was indescribable. I never thought that I was able to receive so much love as I received from them! Going to college in a whole different country, facing a different culture and language, having to stay away from your family might seem extremely scary, but if you have the group of people that I had by your side, this will become the best journey of your life! It was hard for me to say bye to each one of them, because they impacted my life tremendously! They are my family, my sisters and brothers, those that drove me insane, but also who gave me the best memories so far! I prefer to believe that this wasn't a goodbye but a "see you soon"! Thank you for loving me, for encouraging, supporting and motivating me! Thanks for always putting a smile on my face, for picking me up every time I fell, and for showing me that girl who left everything in Brazil four years ago is capable of doing great things! I love y'all so much, and wherever I go, I will always have a piece of y'all with me!! See you in May! ❤️

After 3.5 years of N studying here & four months of calling it our home, today we officially left Arkadelphia, Arkansas. Nathan's being at Ouachita brought with it the realization that we wanted to get married freshman year, lots of growing apart as well as together in the nearly 250 miles that separated us for three years and eventually the first place we called "home" together. There were times I strongly disliked this place, as it took N away from me, but now I cannot even find the words to describe how thankful I am for it and the way the Lord used Ouachita in both mine and Nathan's lives. So, thank you OBU for teaching Nathan so well and being a pretty beautiful home away from home. (& congrats on finishing college, my love!!!) #TheAnthonyAdventure
