Ouachita reports Spring '26 enrollment, led by 50% increase in graduate students

Ouachita to hold Christian Focus Week Feb. 2-6
January 28, 2026Ouachita Baptist University will host its annual Christian Focus Week Feb. 2-6, offering students dedicated time and space for spiritual growth and encouragement as a campus. The year's theme, “Fully Known: Seen and loved by God and called to know others,” draws from John 10:27: “The sheep recognize my voice. I know them and they follow me.”
Ouachita to hold third annual FORE event at Topgolf in Rogers
January 14, 2026Ouachita Baptist University will host its annual FORE Ouachita NWA event at TopGolf in Rogers, Ark., on April 20, with First Western Bank as the presenting sponsor. The event, scheduled for 5-8 p.m., will bring together alumni, parents, prospective students and families in support of student scholarships and alumni engagement.
Ouachita records highest enrollment in history
September 11, 2025Ouachita Baptist University has announced its Fall 2025 enrollment of 1889 students, breaking the previous record set in 1966. The historic total reflects a 10% increase in new undergraduates and a 35% increase in all graduate students since last year.

March 27, 2025The Department of Language & Literature in Ouachita Baptist University’s School of Humanities will host author and alumnus Eli Cranor for a reading from “Broiler,” his latest novel, at 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 10, in Young Auditorium. The event is free and open to the public.
