Ouachita to host Arkansas Blood Institute Blood Drive on April 11-12

Ouachita Baptist University will host an Arkansas Blood Institute Blood Drive April
11 and 12 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day in the Tiger Den. This is an event that encourages
students, faculty and staff to help those who are in need by giving blood.
Molly Wallace, RN and Health Services Director, encourages students to take part in
the annual event and donate blood. “Giving blood not only saves lives,” she said,
“but it allows you to give back, because you never know if you may be the one in need
some day.”
Blood drive participants will receive a free T-shirt after their donation. Free snacks
and drinks will also be available.
