First Steps in Music
Director: Delynne West, NBCT
Join our First Steps in Music Class, where you and your little one can embark on a musical journey together! This class is designed to nurture early development through building accurate rhythmic and singing skills while fostering a deep sensitivity to the expressive qualities of music. Through engaging activities, rhythmic play, and interactive songs, parents and their children will explore the foundations of music in a fun and supportive environment, all while strengthening family bonds. Let the music guide you toward a harmonious start!
Ages: Toddlers ages 13-29 months; preschoolers ages 2½-4 years
Fee: $80 for 8 classes
Meeting Times
Preschool class (ages 2½-4 years) – Tuesdays from 4-4:45 p.m.
Toddler class (ages 13-29 months) – Thursdays from 4-4:45 p.m.
Classes begin the week of Sept. 2, 2025.
Private Lessons
Piano, band instruments, and voice available based on schedules of students in the School of Performing Arts.
