Former Ouachita student Barrett Baber wins Grammy Gig of a Lifetime ??
January 23, 2014It’s been quite a week for former Ouachita Baptist University student Barrett Baber (’02) as one of his dreams comes true – performing at the Grammys. Baber, who recently won the nationwide Grammy Gig of a Lifetime competition, will perform live at Club Nokia in Los Angeles and be featured in the Grammy Live coverage on Sunday, Jan. 26.

Updated Department of Art and Design to be named in honor of Ouachita alumna Rosemary Adams
December 16, 2013Ouachita Baptist University officials have announced plans to remodel the home of Ouachita’s Art and Design program. The department, which will feature an updated exterior and renovated interior space, will be named the Rosemary Adams Department of Art and Design in honor of Ouachita alumna Rosemary (Gossett) Adams’ generous gift to fund the project.
