Ouachita to host "Real and Imagined" exhibit by Justin Bryant through March 6
January 22, 2020Ouachita Baptist University’s Rosemary Adams Department of Art and Design will host “Real and Imagined,” an exhibit by Arkansas artist Justin Tyler Bryant, Jan. 14 through March 6. The exhibit will be displayed in the Rosemary Gossett Adams Gallery on the first floor of Moses-Provine Hall and is free and open to the public.

January 22, 2020Ouachita Baptist University will host the 53rd Miss Ouachita Baptist University Scholarship Pageant on Saturday, Feb. 1, at 7:30 p.m. in Jones Performing Arts Center. Sixteen contestants will compete for the crown.

January 20, 2020Serving as a student minister gave Slaton Teague the opportunity to live out God’s will for his life. A senior Christian studies major with an emphasis in Biblical studies and Christian ministry from White Oak, Texas, Teague spent the past three years pouring into students as an intern, associate pastor and now a student pastor. His time at Ouachita shaped him into a lifelong learner as he continued to build relationships with students.
Ouachita hosts printmaking exhibit "Pigments and Process" Jan. 14-March 6
January 15, 2020Ouachita Baptist University’s Rosemary Adams Department of Art and Design will host a group exhibition titled “Pigments and Process” from Jan. 14 to March 6 featuring the work of Arkansas printmakers. The exhibit will be displayed in the Rosemary Gossett Adams Gallery on the second floor of Moses-Provine Hall and is free and open to the public. A reception for the featured artists will be held Thursday, Jan. 30, from 1-2 p.m.
