Committee Minutes Archive

Committee secretaries and recorders shall save approved minutes and other committee correspondence in the “Committee Archive” folder on the M: network drive.

To add documents to the archive:

  • Go to the “Committee Archive” folder on the M: network drive.
  • Open the appropriate committee folder and copy committee document(s) to it. Documents should be in either Word or PDF format and be named according to the conventions used for previously submitted documents.
