Reserves

Books and Articles

To access book and article reserves, go to the library's main desk.

To place books and articles on reserve, contact a circulation/reference librarian.

In most cases, these items may be used only in the library.

Overdue fines for book and article reserves are as follows:

Two-Hour Reserves (library-use only)
• $2 per hour per item
• $25 per item if the item is taken from the library

Daily Reserves (ranging from 1 to 7 days, depending on professor’s request)
• $2 per hour per item

Media Materials

To access video and audio reserves, go to Instructional Media Services on the library's ground floor.

Contact the media services coordinator to put video or audio items on reserve so students may access them in the library's Instructional Media Services area (a) at scheduled times for a class or (b) on a first-come, first-served individual basis. These items may come from the library's media collection or an instructor's personal collection.
