Wetherington Teaching-Learning Center

The Wetherington Center is a gift honoring A. B. Wetherington, a former OBU professor and his wife. The Center has materials for lesson planning, creating teaching aids, and houses an updated computer laboratory, a gift from Dr. J. D. Patterson. The Center was renovated and rededicated March, 2007 and continues to be updated annually. A selection of Ellison Die Cuts and laminating services as well as math manipulatives are some of the special features of the Center. There is a nominal fee for laminating and for some consumable materials. Student workers are available to assist.

Dr. Rachel Pool serves as director. The hours for the Wetherington Center change from semester to semester depending on student worker availability. The center typically is open Monday-Thursday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m.-noon.
